The Hazel Jersey City

The Hazel Jersey City is a mixed-use development project that consists of two phases: 89 Monitor and 99 Monitor. Together, these buildings offer a total of 201 residential units (114 in 89 Monitor and 87 in 99 Monitor), comprising both affordable and market-rate apartments.


The project boasts a total of 222,000 square feet of interior space (122,000 sq ft in 89 Monitor and 100,000 sq ft in 99 Monitor) spread across six stories in each building. The development also includes 18,000 square feet of amenity space (13,000 sq ft in 89 Monitor and 5,000 sq ft in 99 Monitor) and 1,360 square feet of retail space on the ground floor of 89 Monitor.

Designed by the renowned architecture and interior design firm Fogarty Finger, The Hazel Jersey City seamlessly blends the neighborhood's history with its modern revival.
